My current cash pay rate is $120/53 minute session. I have a set amount of financial hardship spaces available at $100 per session, please inquire. 

I currently accept PPO plans including Aetna, United, Optum, UMR, Oscar Health, and Oxford.

I offer sessions Monday-Thursday 9 am to 5 pm.

I require a credit card on file before the first appointment. Sessions and copays are charged at time of service, late-cancel and no-show fees apply.
