Nursing Newborn

Prenatal and Postpartum

Oh Mama! Here you are, creating that miracle called life, or the miracle is finally here, but things are just not the way that you expected them to turn out!

Do you feel overwhelmed a lot? Are you having trouble sleeping? Are you worried about becoming a parent, adding another baby to the mix, or had a less-than-ideal birth that you are trying to come to terms with? Struggling with anxiety, depression, or other symptoms during your pregnancy or in the post-partum period?

ALL OF THIS IS REALLY, REALLY COMMON!!! AND THERE IS HOPE!

In fact, out of 7 women,1 will experience depressive symptoms after giving birth, and many others will struggle with anxiety, ODC, or even psychosis.

I have completed advanced training for treating Perinatal Mental Health (PMH), (or perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs)) through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and can help you learn to manage your symptoms and navigate life as a new parent or parent-to-be!.
